I made my money buying at Florida tax deed auctions, and I love them. I still buy. Almost everything I own is in Volusia County, with one lot left in Jacksonville.

Why that matters to you
A tax deed is a business decision, a legal document and a data problem all at once. My training covers all three, which is why I could build my own bid tools and read the statute behind them.
