Volusia County Tax Deed Auction Dates

By Israel Chen ·

Short answer: Volusia doesn't hold its tax deed auctions on one fixed day. Check the clerk's Tax Deed Inquiry listing for sale dates, the calendar at volusia.realtaxdeed.com, and the notices in The West Volusia Beacon. Sales start at 9:00 a.m. Eastern.

Three places to look

  1. The clerk's Tax Deed Inquiry. The clerk says to check it for sale dates, and it holds the files too.
  2. volusia.realtaxdeed.com. The auction calendar.
  3. The West Volusia Beacon. The official notice of application is published there.

Work back from the date

Once you see a sale you like, count back. ACH needs 4 full working days, and wires and hand-delivered funds need to arrive by 2:00 p.m. Eastern the business day before. Holidays eat into that. The full Volusia guide.
